           Straight cuts only from a single public domain a/v source
           No effects on audio or video (except for audio levels to prevent peaking)
           Audio can be layered, but not video (no compositing)
           Only one extra audio loop allowed for beats if needed or desired
           Works should be short - 1-3 minutes long
